Download and print three copies of the Staff
Reference Form PDF and ask your references
to send them to Camp.
Please choose a combination of the following for your references: - Professors or teachers
- Employers or supervisors
- Non-immediate family members (aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc.)
- Peers or friends
