Payment InformationWe're facing these challenging times together. Many families we have talked with this year have shared comments such as: "yes, sometimes we have to reprioritize, but we know that our investment comes back ten-fold in our daughter's life" "Manito-wish has been such an influence in every aspect of my son's life... his school work, home-life...thank you for helping us make this happen." Camp is a strong organization with a strong history and legacy. Together, we can provide an outstanding experience for campers wanting to be a part of Manito-wish. Our fee structure, payment plan options and Campership program are in place to make it happen. The following are considerations regarding paying for Camp: 1. Fee choice You will see an actual fee and an adjusted fee. Actual fees reflect the real costs needed to deliver a Manito-wish experience. Fees include ALL activities, equipment use, wilderness trip, meals, lodging, and facilities. Through the generosity of contributions to our Annual Fund Drive and Endowment Fund, we are able to offer an adjusted fee. Simply choose the fee that is most suitable for your family. The fee you choose in no way influences the experience your camper will receive. 2. Payment Plans Remember, our goal is to work together with you to provide this experience for your child. If payment plans can make this happen, then we stand ready to customize a plan with you. Please contact Karmen Tornow, Business & Finance Manager at karmen.tornow@manito-wish.org or 715-385-2312. 3. Referral Program All campers enrolled in a 2010 program have the opportunity to earn a $100 credits toward their camp fee by referring campers to Manito-wish. A 2010 camper can pass along a $100 certificate to potential camper, not only does the potential camper receive $100 toward their fee, you receive $100 credit when they enroll. Click here for details. 4. Camperships Camperships are funded through our Endowment & Annual Fund Drive. Generous donors believe strongly in the Manito-wish program and the influence it has had in their lives. They want to ensure that as many young people as possible benefit from the experience in the ways they have. Funds are available. Like scholarships provide assistance for college, Camperships provide financial assistance for a Manito-wish experience. Both experiences are life-changing and defining. In fact, the skills and values learned at Manito-wish contribute to the success of campers in their school, community, and other activities.
